Advances in technology produce health information
system products to support health management from
district level to the world. However, the use of a health
information technology needs to be seen to what extent
a technology can be well received. The aim of this study

information system developed by Indonesia since 2012
for HIV/AIDS. The study was conducted by observational
analytic with a cross sectional quantitative study.
Respondents included all SIHA program users in the
Wobosobo District Health Office totaling 24 people. The
study was conducted December 2019 - February 2020
by filling out questionnaires and in-depth interviews.
Then the data analysis is done with the path analysis.
The results showed that workplace and trust determine
perceived usefulness (R=0.645), age determine perceived
ease of use (R=0.514), trust determine perceived
enjoyment (R=0.480) and continuity intention (R=0.405).
Gender is associated with perceived risk (R=0.574).
Perceived enjoyment, perceived risk and attitude toward
using together are related to behavioral intention to use
