PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI LAPORAN EKSTERNAL DENGAN METODE RAD PADA UNIT REKAM MEDIS RSU JATI HUSADA KARANGANYAR

Abstract

Hospitals are one form of organization engaged in the field of health services where in every hospital patient service activities must be recording and reporting. Broadly speaking, the type of hospital reporting is divided into  2, namely internal and external reporting of hospitals. Internal reporting of the hospital is tailored to the needs of the hospital. Internal hospital reports include all records of results of activities undertaken by the organization. This report is created and utilized by the hospital itself. The purpose of this research is to develop the system, by making application of reporting system for Karanganyar District Health Office at Jati Husada Karanganyar general hospital medical record unit, using RAD method. The process of identification of needs, initial design until the improvement of the system design, took place quite smoothly, because the officers on the medical record unit is quite interactive and open, so the user’s desire easily translated by researchers. Disadvantages of this application is the user is expected to master the language of mathematical relation logic used for age groups so this application can interpret to the algorithm language PHP. The determination of the diagnosis block name is made in array or array, where each diagnosis must be separated by a comma (,) so that if the user does not understand this it will be difficult in operation, if there is an external reporting data format.
